Able to be used for one-round trip between Hon-Kawagoe Station and Tokyo Urban Station (Seibu-Shinjuku, Takadanobaba or Ikebukuro Station.) You are able to choose your departure and arrival stations from Tokyo Urban Station. No stopover permitted. Please receive ticket(s) at SEIBU Tourist Information Center Ikebukuro.
