1.Experience the Japanese Tea Master's Way of Tea
You can observe Japanese Tea ceremony led by Tea Master up close. Moreover, through the Tea Master's explanations on the history and meaning of Tea ceremony,
as well as descriptions of each utensil, you can achieve a deeper understanding of the Japanese Tea ceremony.
You will have time to discuss impressions, emotions, questions, and more with fellow participants while experiencing the traditional Tea ceremony.
2.Learn traditional manners in the tea room
You will have the opportunity to directly experience basic etiquette required in the Way of Tea, the spirit of Ichigo ichie(一期一会), and methods for enjoying Matcha in the tea room.
The goal is to deepen your understanding of the meanings embedded in each movement of the Tea ceremony.
3. Experience the spirit of Omotenashi in Japanese Tea ceremony
After hearing about the spirit of Omotenashi(おもてなし) in Japanese Tea ceremony, you will pair up in groups of two to create Matcha with heartfelt consideration for each other.
Additionally, you will have time to enjoy the tea prepared by your partner in accordance with traditional tea Ceremony etiquette.
4. Deepen your understanding of the core spirit of Tea ceremony
You will have the opportunity to learn from the teachings of Sen no Rikyu(千利休), who symbolizes the essence of Japanese Tea Ceremony through the guidance of the Tea Master.
Additionally, you will have time to contemplate methods for effectively inheriting the core spirit of Japanese Tea Ceremony into business setting and cultivating mindfulness in daily life.
