Manpuku-ji Temple
The main yama of the Obaku sect founded in the Edo period.
It was founded by the Chinese high priest "Ingen Zen Master".
It is a temple in the style of the Ming Dynasty of China, and the temple and rituals continue to be protected as it was at the time of its founding.
Fucha cuisine
Shojin cuisine transmitted from China by the founder, Ingen Zen master.
Shojin cuisine is a dish made only with vegetable ingredients such as vegetables and tofu. It was born as a meal for a monk who keeps the Buddhist precepts.
