Kashihara Shrine → It was built based on the description of the "Nihonshoki" that Emperor Jinmu, who is said to be the first emperor, ascended the throne at Kashihara Palace.
The enshrined deity is Emperor Jinmu and his empress, Himetata Rice Suhime.
The main hall was relocated from the Kyoto Imperial Palace's Kensho (Kashikodoro) and is designated as an important cultural property along with Bunkaden.
Imai-cho → Imai-cho is an important traditional building preservation area where you can walk around the area as if you have traveled back in time to the Edo period.
