Acting as the “private concierge” for this tour, he will guide you through a tasting of five or more varieties of grapes—including rare varieties not found in supermarkets—while sharing his extensive knowledge about grapes. This is a valuable opportunity to experience the Japanese spirit of "Shokunin-damashii(craftsmanship)".

【Heritage Greenhouse Harvest】Okayama’s “glass greenhouse,” steeped in 150 years of history. This space is a living agricultural heritage where 150 years of history comes to life. Under the guidance of Mr. Hayashi—the fourth-generation owner who safeguards this legacy—you’ll handpick Shine Muscat grapes yourself. Please take your harvested grapes home as a souvenir.
*A French lunch under the grapevines:An “Under-the-Vine” Experience That Goes Beyond “Farm-to-Table”
【The Vineyard Sanctuary】 A “vineyard restaurant” bathed in dappled sunlight. Chef Miyaji of VIGNETTE, a renowned Okayama restaurant specializing in creative French cuisine, will serve a full-course meal featuring grapes in every dish, created exclusively for this special occasion. Enjoy surprising pairings, such as Shine Muscat grapes marinated in miso—a fusion of traditional Japanese “fermentation” and fruit. Based on Chef Miyaji’s classical French cuisine, honed through training around the world, savor dishes unique to this venue that blend the essence of global cuisines with grapes.
