If your clients accidentally take a wifi router or any items back to their country, please try to send it back by international shipping in one month from the departure date.
If any piece of items is lost in the shipment, we will charge you a penalty for that piece.
We will charge you for any customs duties undertaken by international shipping.
We will charge you a penalty fee even if you fail to send it by International shipping because a shipping company doesn't allow you to send lithium batteries or any devices.
This price is applied when they lose their wifi router or any items.
