Take the full tour through the building and learn all about the history and making of miso. Miso is Japan’s fermented soybean paste that is so versatile that you can find it alongside almost every Japanese meal. Learn how they and all about the soups, sauces, and other dishes that can be made with it. After finishing the tour and becoming a miso expert, try a meal featuring the product made within. Each dish is made with local ingredients and miso selected to pair perfectly with them. Of course, you’ll also be getting a side of classic miso soup to finish out the experience.
