Remarks
・Please gather 15 minutes before the tour starts at 9:15 AM.
・Participants must be 11 years old or older to join the tour, but those under 15 must be accompanied by a guardian.
・Please wear appropriate clothing that can get dirty or wet, such as socks, a hat to prevent sunburn, sunglasses for strong winds, and a change of clothes.
• Bring approximately 500ml of drinking water (mandatory during hot weather).
• There are no changing facilities available, so please arrive with a change of clothes already prepared.
• Lake kayaking may not be possible under certain water levels, as the kayaks may not be able to pass under trees.
• In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via the emergency contact number provided. Please ensure you check your email and phone for updates on the day of the tour.
• If you have any dietary restrictions, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
