(7) Items that are needed for temperature control such as refrigeration
(8) Other items that are deemed unacceptable at the time of reception
2.Handling of items not accepted for storage
If there is a suspicion that the checked baggage falls under paragraph 1 , it may be disposed of or appropriate.
3. Accident liability
Even if the luggage is lost or abandoned, my company will not be responsible for it.

(2)In the case of force majeure such as natural disasters
(3)When it is required to disclose, seize, or submit your luggage as evidence from a government office due to the activation of judicial power
(4)In other cases where my company is not responsible
4.Compensation for damage
In case of loss of baggage or damage due to gross negligence, the guarantee is limited to 100,000 yen per piece of luggage.
Please note that we are not responsible for any scratches or small dents during shipping.
