The Top Deck Tour requires advance reservations with designated entry times.
Please arrive at the Top Deck Gate on the Main Deck (150m) by your designated entry time.
*If you miss your entry time, your reservation will be invalid, and no refunds will be provided. However, you can still enjoy a tour of the Main Deck.
After completing your reservation, you will be issued a "QR code" which is required for entry.
Please bring a terminal that is capable of displaying the "QR code" or print out the "QR code."
*You must display the QR code on your own to gain entry.
The Top Deck Tour may be canceled due to severe weather conditions, such as strong winds or heavy snow, or for safety-related equipment inspections.
Entry and usage may be restricted during periods of high congestion.
This ticket cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, or preferential tickets.
Certain facilities and event spaces may be closed during special occasions.
Opening hours are subject to change based on weather conditions. Please check the official website prior to your visit.
In the case of cancellations due to inclement weather, no compensation will be provided for travel or other incurred expenses.
This ticket is not available during special events, such as the New Year’s first sunrise event.
