Just off the bustling main street where a monorail runs overhead, you'll find unexpected trees and stone steps that exude a deep sense of history. As you descend the stone steps, you'll be greeted by a perennial spring and the gentle sound of a waterfall, which is hard to believe exists in the heart of this city. It's a place where you can experience relaxation through the power of nature.

It is a shop that values and preserves recipes passed down through 7 generations since the Ryukyu Kingdom era, handcrafting each Ryukyu traditional sweet with care. The confectionery artisans, dedicated to upholding tradition, warmly greet you with smiles along with the sweet aroma of sugar. You can witness the production process and even have the opportunity to taste the sweets. With a single bite, you might feel like you've time-traveled 200 years back and experienced the ambiance of the royal court.

This is THE ceremonial gate that symbolizes Okinawa. With its striking vermilion color and well-balanced design, it was called "Ue no Ayamon- Ii no Ayashō" (A beautiful gate standing above) by the common people of that time. It's a perfect opportunity to take commemorative photos in front of this majestic gate. We will take a break here while basking in the glow of the Ryukyu Kingdom.

You will slowly descend a hill where you can overlook Naha City. Red roofs, guardian figurines, and stone pillars are scattered throughout, creating the atmosphere of a castle town. Try to spot them while you explore the peaceful area.

You will explore the Shuri Castle town, which served as the capital of the Ryukyu Kingdom. As you wander through its streets, adorned with cobblestones, temples, and sacred shrines, you will immerse yourself in the culture of the Ryukyu Kingdom era and experience the religious beliefs of Okinawa.
