For the finishing touch, apply a coat of natural oil to protect the wood and give it a soft, elegant sheen. As an optional feature, you can add a personalized engraving to make your chopsticks truly one of a kind. You may carve your name in Japanese kanji or engrave the type of wood as a special memory of your experience in Japan.
